Criminal scum break and enter and destroy windows and vandalize property. Looks like they stopped just short of mass vandalizing sorta, but stolen stuff?

Any legal experts want to give me a run down on if it's legal to assault police, to interrupt congress with violent force and breaking and entry and refusing lawful orders given by police to back down?
