Druid even at 50 in classic with frog crown and other resist pieces + FR/CR buff will resist wiz nukes. Same as wiz resisting druid nukes. Comes down to druid out healing wiz dps and running him OOM then engaging melee if its to the death.

Pell all the buffs using a weeping wand (instant click) 4 slot dispell. Put pet on Druid is helpless and buffless. Wizard wins every time
