Legacy of Ik

So, as I have grouped around Kurn’s Tower and the Field of Bone lately, I have grouped with many brave iksar donning the guild tag <Legacy of Ik>. From what I have gathered this is some sort of perma-death guild where you must loot all your equipment? You have all been super fun to group with, and I am interested to know more about what the hell you all are doing. What are the rules for this guild?

Yeah those dudes are nuts, I think they grant one death for every 10 levels, but yeah. you die you reroll and you can't leave Kunark lol

It seems like an interesting way to play for sure. I want to know what their highest level character is? The other day I was grouped with a shadow knight from this guild who dinged 20, and he seemed pretty stoked. He must have had an epic quest so far. I have, more than once, seen somebody I have grouped with on the upper levels of kurns looking for groups on the noobie ramps in the Field of Bone though haha.

I believe the highest level member in <Legacy of Ik> is 20. Once members die and are out of “lives” they have the option to join <Thralls of Ik>. The highest level member in Thralls is 23.

-Guild only economy
-Perma death, get an additional "life" every 10 levels
-Can't accept any buffs from strangers thats outside your level range, for example you have to click off sow (which is minimum level) unless you are level 9+
- No twinking, self found only stuff
- Can level in Kunark zones only

this, nobody is monitoring you and you could cheat easily but the ik has a reputation to uphold
