I'm a capitalist with common sense that government transfer payments are the right thing to do for people who have been screwed over by the government shutting down entire parts of the economy. How long do you think capitalism will survive if we ignore a large part of the population who can't earn their crust right now? How long are we going to enjoy the fruits of capitalism when we got millions of hungry and destitute zoomers beating down our doors and taking our shit? We ignore these people at our own peril. Just look at the restaurant industry.

Left-leaning cities and towns are literally paying people to go around and inspect for 50% occupancy, mask-wearing, etc. How is a small restaurant supposed to stay afloat at 50%? Its impossible.

I'm just glad FL's governor told the mayors they can't fine people or businesses for mask wearing anymore. I would hate to be living in CA, NY, MA, etc right now.
