Killing Bankers

One positive - there are certain quests that you can't do without beta neutral faction and it appears that the only way to raise that (if P99 has disabled the bloodstone HHK turn-in like live did ~ 2001ish) is to have a GM reset it for you. So, at least banker slayers may have a slight disadvantage if they ever want to do the staff of the wheel or incandescent armor quests etc.

Does killing them over and over break the You may not disrupt the normal playability of a zone or area rule?

you should instead give them 50 million hp and do AoW damage. and be uncharmable.
