Also, I didn't bother correcting this earlier, but I will now for posterity's sake.

Kurns IS the best exp for 1-18. ZEM is 150. There is nothing higher than that (200% exp) for those levels.

Personal experience in lowbie dungeons and the wiki - which is unofficial, but the best base numbers we have.

For 1-20, I wouldn't level anywhere else... until Warrens because then you get molar quest exp... if quest exp ever returns to Norrath [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
