Nice. The rune proc on the Axe of the Slayers was amazing at level 30, I'll bet Rune III on this really kicks ass. Of course, now that they have reduced the proc rate across the board, unfortunately it's not as godly as it would have been before that patch.

This is a stupid NOT CLASSIC tragedy that can only lead to serious players abandoning P99 in ever more numbers like has occurred with the other major issues like faulty untested patches ruining classes and just plain old burnout from lack of content and one (vomitously named) guild owning the raid content with help from supposed GM conflict of interest.
