Ok yeah, I immediately felt a difference. I just finished a workout that I would have previously given about a 7-8 on the "dang, that was difficult" scale, and it felt like a 6.

Yeah the only downside to creatine is, because of the water retention, which is mostly in muscle but not completely confined to them, it can cause a slightly bloated look

So if you notice in a few days wtf have I gained fat?? Don’t be alarmed it’s just water weight from the creatine. You can stop taking it for a few days to lose the water weight whenever you want to dry out, like before an outting where you know you’ll be shirtless or something. But I’ve personally been on creatine for years, never needing to stop
