Healthcare for immigrants is a good idea if they form a portion of your workforce. You want your workforce to be healthy so they can be productive which benefits the economy and increases tax revenue for governments.

Primary and preventative healthcare are great for this.

No one is against healthcare for immigrants. Many people are against healthcare for illegal immigrants who are not citizens and cannot work legally in the US.
