Red pop not as dead as everyone makes it out to be. Seems to be getting over 100 in game active players nightly. If he wants to make a new server I am sure like everyone would expect the numbers would be high for first few months and die off again to be another server just like current red with split population. If he wanted to make l a permadeath server or something temporary I am sure it would sustain a population but making a second red would not.

I don't think I ever banned anyone from discord.

Furthermore, I gave up leadership to the discord months ago.

If someone banned you, it was probably because you were spamming or some stupid shit. PM one of the admins if you want to be unbanned.
