You could trust anyone over the level of 55 to transfer just about anything. Atleast i would.

+ there are other guilds out there with a playerbase under lvl 50 that would never take your gear, i just cant think of the guild names atm.

I am new to P99 (but not to EQ) and not guilded.

Having said that, while I wouldn't necessarily just trust anyone who spawns in Greater Fay, I would like you to know there are also a few honest people in low-end game that would gladly do transfers for you- I am one of them. Feel free to add my characters to a friend list. I would never steal anyone's gear, no matter how uber. I know how hard it is to work for it!
