Somewhere neutral. Close to the developers so if they want to come they don't have to spend money. We don't need no stinkin' turf wars.

I have a kick ass 6 BR house with pool and hot tub near Phoenix... unfortunately, I'm not there right now. Had to take a job in Indy to pay the bills.

Got a pretty decent country house here too, though (no pool or spa, sorry), with lots of room.
