I'm starting to think phaezed is actually multiple levels deep in roleplay. DMO is basic level roleplay effort for him. His real roleplay is actually _being_ Andy Bernard in the forums, and you all are responding to him like he's actually putting his character forward, and not this incredible RP. in that way, he is throwing around a lot of RnF smackdown. If you are on RnF as yourself, you just might be behind the curve.
