The "its free so shut up or leave" attitude is hilarious to me... lots of games are free these days, live eq servers just take some minimal play time to earn your sub and you don't see that ridiculous argument to every valid gripe/complaint.

After the earthquake, GM insiders unleashing extra loots to their guilds and watching the train nukes and not doing anything TLP is actually looking really good .. and I hear the new Darkpaw devs are launching new servers soon with stellar customer service! can't wait! Oh and I have a job so I can afford to play there! (if I had to but krono is easy enough to get)

Meh the devs gotta get some perks. I cant even fathom how much work it takes to deploy patches, pay bandwidth and keep this great game going.

Saying "plenty of games are free to play" reaks of entitlment. Yes plenty of games ARE free to play but have microtransactions to support them. That's the difference there.

Perhaps GM's do give pref treatment to friends. If true what are we going to do about it? Theres only one thing you can do. Boycott the game. I don't think anyone will be doing that.
