So use the character that you originally used to put the money in the bank to take it out, then run them over to the tunnel (not far from Neriak). Then run your new character there so you're easily able to switch over the them once you give someone the platinum on your original character. You could do this in any other zone too, of course, but since EC is the auction hub I figured I'd mention that one since there are always a lot of people there. Side note, when playing an evil character (class or race (also, worshipping an evil deity/religion can sometimes make an otherwise "good" class/race have problems as well)) always make sure to right click or /con on everything so you know if they're gonna kill you or not. Read the guides on the Wiki it will help.

You cannot access the bank of another character, even from the same account. So, I don't know what you mean by "I don't have a toon that's strong enough to go in there and get it." If you want to transfer loot from one character to another on the same account, camp both toons at the same spot, somewhere remote that no one might randomly walk by. On the character with the goods you want to give, drop them. Quickly camp and log in as the other character. The goods will be sitting on the ground in a bag. Money may or may not be dropable like this. If it isn't, buy an item that sells for nearly what you pay for it. Drop those items in the same way described above, and pick them up with the second character. Sell the items back to nearly what you bought them for. You will lose a little in "commission", but that is the price you pay for not trusting someone to hold onto your money for the 20 seconds it would take to do the transfer. Really, the best thing to do might be to use the 60pp to buy some low level armor and weapons, and transfer that to the new character to actually use. Finally, 60pp sounds like a lot when you are level 1, but it really isn't much. Get to level 15 or so and you can make that in about an hour. Or at even lower levels, learn a bit of tailoring and you can turn ruined pelts into 60pp fairly quickly, all while leveling. I find the best place to do this is in Everfrost. Just watch out for the Vengeful skeletons.

I have had a majority of cool people help me out, give me gear, port me for free, buffs, and help me through rough areas. I try to help others when I can. I am sorry you had such bad experiences. I love this community, I feel like we are a bunch of dads unplugging from adulting for a bit when I hop in.

You're making newbie mistakes (like apparently attacking golems as a dark elf, cause they won't normally attack you, or wandering close to "good" NPCs as an evil PC) and then going into a frothing-at-the-mouth frenzy on the forums when you didn't instantly get your hand held through the very beginning, simplest stages of the game.

It doesn't sound like you "love this game". In fact, if getting lost in Nek forest or w/e you're on about is the cause of such frustration, you will absolutely not enjoy the game. The community is what you make of it. 95% of the people are mad chill land happy to help.

You can make level 1 alts that are not kos to drag your corpse for you in situations like Nek Forest. You can consent offline characters (even your own alts). Consent and then swap to your alt to drag it to safety
