Gebs went for 9k Djarn's around the same on Blue from Launch until Kunark.

Djarn's on Green is valued much higher for whatever reason.

An item is worth what people are willing to pay for it.

I trust that a guy named Hagglebaron who's been around since 2011 has a way better understanding of the Project 1999 economy than some always-angry guy who's only been around since 2016.

Again, for DMN: an item is worth exactly how much someone is willing to pay for it. Just because you do not think it is worth that much does not mean someone else cannot place that value on it.

For every transaction, there is a willing buyer, a willing seller, and a mutually agreed upon price. It is that simple, as angry as it makes you.

Hi he's trying to discuss what the price should be, not seeking empty-headed libertarian economic axioms.

Go put a manastone in your butt Yendor.

The price is set by a willing buyer and a willing seller. Not a bunch of tough guy wannabes on an elf forum crying about what they feel like the price should be, Wonkie.

Come on, you're better than that. But if defending an irrationally angry-about-everything elf-bro is the sword you're willing to fall on, I can't stop you.

that DMN bastard aside, it's an unhelpful refrain that kneecaps discussion.
