Not sure if mentioned yet but according to patch notes, it says Insight and Brillance will now stack with charisma buffs. It still does not.

I know they had their reasons for merging green/teal. Unfortunately, it seems to be bad timing with Covid-19 making us all stay in and play more eq. Something most didn't see as an issue back in January. Servers so stuffed these days! Still having a lot of fun though!
