I've been im simialr situations at that very same camp. Some clown cant clear camp. Wants me to come not only help clear for guise but wants a roll on TBB too. Multiple times ran into asshats like this.

If you can solo it then you deserve the belt. But don't group then. And if you need to group then you both deserve to roll even if you're just "helping" them.

Why in the world would the guy joining a group be the one to set the loot rules? If you start a group, regardless of circumstances, and want something other than standard rolling on loot then it is up to YOU to establish the loot rules and let the other people fuck off because you're a giant, raging dipshit asshole before it becomes a contention.

Isn’t the default though that everyone present can roll on the item? As long as they participated in the kill. Surely the “whoever gets to mob fastest!” isn’t the go-to rule in the absence of an agreement.
