I just managed to get in. It looks like it may have been resolved but maybe the load from so many people is making it slow/unstable.

I kept getting that message. I just kept trying and trying and it seems to have finally let me log in.

Took the downtime to finally set my compatibility mode for eqgame.exe and was finally able to log in. Connected? Dunno if it's resolved.

Thank Innoruuk I'm not alone! Yes the exact same thing has been happening to me since about 7:09am ct today. I've followed all suggested steps and thus far can still not access Green, all other servers work without error.

having the same issue only effecting blue server able to log into green or red. only not able to log into blue

use a VPN, was recommended to me by CSR and worked for me.
