Bout the same, mostly good people with the occasional asshole. Playing monk and haven't had much trouble finding groups in guk or unrest, plus a couple pickups to off the beaten path places like gorge of xorbb. Haven't bothered with list stuff on either server yet so can't compare the two.

I really have enjoyed moving to Teal. I have ran into a couple of bad apples, but other than that, the community has been friendly.
I have had no problems getting PUGs as a Druid and I always bring along my husband, who is a Mage. We did transfer with our whole guild to Teal though, so my experience would be a little different as I always have people to talk to and possibly group with.

Great experience on teal. Transferred with my guild, <Kingdom>. Population is several hundred less then green which is nice and most people are very friendly. I haven’t had no where near the problems with toxic people as I had on green.
Getting groups is a lot easier as well but the hot spots like Unrest and Guk seem to be really full and have the list thing but it’s fast and usually not that big of a deal. Not as much drama for sure

My only gripes about Teal are that there's not much for sale in EC yet and MM is a byog zone.
