What is the loot culture on P1999 in Pugs?

You should converse with your party before assuming any loot style, leveling camps might go NBG. You also need to factor in the value of the items that drops: A Lute of the Gypsy Princess will probably go to the bard, but the group is going to want to roll on a Hooded Black Cloak.

Pretty much every high-level or valuable camp is going to be Greed first, though.

This is the correct answer. Droppable items are valuable to everyone, not just the person who can wear it. Do not assume need before greed on rare or valuable items in pugs.

Roll on everything unless you're okay with giving random people thousands of plat for no good reason.
