I haven't played since the mandatory inclusion because any area with more than like 15 ppl and lightsources is like 10 fps -- where it was butter smooth on even the abnormal raids (say 80 / 90... not AOW zergs). hopefully my "trick" lets some people play the game at a normal fps, heaven forbid you can see better than "classic" but your fps is somehow worse
dynamic lighting to the gas chambers. | ||

Honestly even if it didn't cause lag I just really don't like the way it looks aesthetically. It works great for emulating classic nighttime darkness, but when a lot of lightsources congregate the wall textures get so insanely washed out and bright it looks horrible. Also for some reason most lightsources seem to have this blueish glow, which really screws with how some armor textures look. If you have a strong lightsource and get close to somebody wearing rubi, the rubi looks... orange or something from the blue light.

High Keep is impossible to navigate around without throwing up every 15 seconds.

Tried renaming the file and it didn't resolve anything for me.
Any chance on a Rollback to V52 until these issues are sorted? The Lag/DC/Unable to login toons/screen tearing is insane. | ||

BUMP this fixed the no servers blank at login screen, had to do this, again, thanks, relevant information:
Worldserver 9000 Zones 7000-7150 IP's: World: 216.59.33.140 Zone1: 216.59.33.141 Zone2: 216.59.33.142 Test/Beta Server: 216.59.33.143 need port forwarding to local ip address on router, comcast thing, thx comcastbros, now spectrum, someone please add this to a FAQ??? | ||

I am experiencing lag too, but for me it seems to spike the worst when data is being sent to the game server. Casting does a small spike, having 6 mobs hit me is a lag (even if I'm viewing the floor in 1st person mode). And doing /who all guild takes 4 seconds to work.

It's awful, getting anywhere from 950-3200ms latency and constant packet loss. Tried WinEQ; tried the recommended eqclient renaming; tried editing the dynamic lighting; verified my line with my ISP (extremely solid) - still poor performance and unable to play the game.

For me, my ping is 75ms even with the spikes.
