Most toxic path is to make account after account of clerics.... Get a few levels for DA/DB....Then where ever you want to level on your main you just load in the clerics and train till camps open.

Optimal will be hard since there is going to be a cluster fuck of people in the same ranges looking for optimal exp. Ironically the people doing less traveled areas will probably level faster.

I am looking forward to the days of Blackburrow brimming at the seams with young adventurers. I am considering playing a Barbarian Shaman since Shaman is one of the classes I have not leveled on Blue.

I also don't think I can handle no SoW. A lack of FD will be troubling but whatever
