Just do level milestones, epics, and raid mob kills.

Currently achievement system is pretty dumb, people add the most random mobs/items to the list while amazing, or even best in slot items give no achievement. You either have to add absolutely everything, or limit it to truly noteworthy things like epics, raid mob kills, and first to 60 for each respective class.
