It's a good off hand in certain situations. If you go overboard on clicky aggro it works fine, but its a lot less useful since the first chardok patch when aggro procs were nerfed.

Nice wheelie, but that is lore and a lot less accessible than something you are likely to acquire within a sky raid or two.

It's a cheap way to get a 100 hp 20 AC 1hs for when you need to go max hp, no reason not to get it imo if the djinni blade drops for ya.

Besides those, yes please. I mean, looking for max stats not dps.

Are you including ST? -primal decent hp and ac for a
Weapon.

Bladestopper is ac, sta and hp. Rune for protection/aggro if needed.

Sarnak battle shield and clay guardian shield cheaper ac/hp pads.

Swiftblade of zek if you want something special.

Just a few suggestions, this stuff isn't my strong point.

Max AC/HP I'd go Orb of Infinite Void or Clay Guardian Shield for a warrior if not factoring ToV / epics / swiftblade/boc.

If looking to DPS with the off hand, you would be talking Frostbringer or Winters Fury.
