Chardok map design

Hey on the upper / main level map of chardok, there is a "water" location in the middle.
I attached image of what I am speaking of.

Is that yellow water dangerous or can you swim in it?

And looking at the map, if you were to jump into it, there is a water access tunnel that goes down to the lower level?

Can you swim up the waterfall?
or is levitate or something like that needed?

Looking great Max. I made a Seb map some time back that I flipped around with coordinates and all. I gotta find it though.
