If they just made his passive like, Morgana's or something, he'd be fine. Sure, he'd have a fuck ton of Vamp, but he wouldn't have the 3k health for it to do much

I love Galio, play lots of different champs well enough though.

Highest solo 1350, 3's is 1419 atm.
