Don't put in locket of escape, manastone, guise of the deceiver, or holgresh elder beads, SoD, or any of those other nerfed later / n longer dropping items. People will definitely trade shit between servers for them and in general just ruin other people just wanting to play in order to get them.

I think you should consider a more modern MMO with instancing. So these items should be removed because you won't have the opportunity to stroll into Lower Guk and grab the camp at 6pm EST after work and dinner?
