I don't think a lot of people are ready to hit things starting with rusty weapons and no armor.

It's going to be novel when the gear check threads aren't "I'm wearing a bunch of stuff that drops from level 50 mobs, what do I need to buy to progress to tanking pond in mistmoore?".

You mean you can play the game without that fungi tunic, worn haste, and wu's staff on your level 15 Monk? But then you might have to grrrroouuuppp....oh the horror.

Do-over of when P99 opened and I watched a bunch of all-stamina tank types quit in frustration by level 30 due to being constantly encumbered. Things change a bit when you can't go to east commons and buy a bunch of stat gear for pocket change.

Bah, can't edit in RNF:

Realistically nobody should be wielding rusty weapons past level 4-5 or so. You can buy better off the regular city merchants for a few platinum. The difficult thing to save up for is a combine weapon so you can hit those pesky wisps and ghouls.

I prob won't play green. I barely have the time to play 4-5 hours a week anymore. I'll just stick to my current characters. Blue content should open up a bit I'd think. The beardiest of necks can enjoy what green has to offer.

My plan as well. I may dabble in green but I certainly won’t be on it right out the gate.

I’m curious, do you think item values will go up or down on blue?
