Mine keeps closing. It was flagged on May 3rd for senior guide but I have not heard anything on it. Can you reopen it or look at it for me when you get the time brother?

Having the date of the issue, account name, character name and server (red or blue) always helps. One less thing to verify.

It's also super helpful if folks do a followup post if their reimbursement isn't required anymore.

Ok thanks, should I just leave my petition as is though? Or should I add that information in a reply? As of now I have character name, the npc’s involved and items involved, quest name. And that is all.

While I'm not a staff member, one would hope the staff has the capability to lookup your account by character name. I wouldn't bump (ie. reset the timer) on your petition if I were you.

Yeah, we can. But players often misspell their own names. That's why we always ask for both, character name and account name.

With the reimbursements being done in batches, do you know when the next batch will be completed and would it include my petition from 5/3/2019? Pulling my hair out here in anticipation, lol.

First and foremost, I am not complaining whatsoever, just informing.

I have been waiting since October for a GM to look into mine. I am not sure if this is typical or if easier reimbursements are handled more quickly, but this has been my experience. I know these guys are busy and volunteers, so I am just thankful that there is staff here at all to handle these kinds of things.

Good luck with your reimbursement fellow adventurer, and thank you GMs for all you do!

I have one pending from October as well, been tagged by two different guides since then for review, then promptly not looked at again.

Seems to be hit or miss, some people have a turn around of about a week, others months, some years?

Should I reply on the original petition so Menden sees it there or does the Senior GM's see these posts and i should just wait for them to respond here? Don't want to bother anyone but just making sure the petition is not AWOL and lost forever.
