Hot bath mineral soaks and supplementation. Already on that!
I am cautious about the supplements I take and do take complex B vitamins. As well as folic acid. I am not swimming in them all the time however. I do allow periods of abstinence rather than aiming for 100% of my RDI. | ||

learned that brains are mostly fat and excellent sources of energy (for carnivores/omnivores). Not surprising considering they use so much energy.
