Braknar is awesome, but let me say it again: he is not responsible for this policy. If you know anything about how things are run here (and I only barely know anything myself) you'd know that this is Rogean's and Nilbog's server. Nothing happens on it (administratively) that they don't want to happen.
This is either a Rogean policy, or a policy decided on by a mix of staff (maybe all the GMs, maybe Nilbog and some devs got involved too? Again I don't know all that much of how they do things). But I can guarantee that the head GM of the server did not just let some sub-GM (not trying to be insulting Brkanar, I just don't know a better term) make up, implement, and enforce a major new server-changing policy. That's just not how things are done.

Staff didnt make the change the change was forced due to man-children not playing nice in an emulation of a 20 year old game. Praise it though!
