Did you raid before Velious? Velious definitely fixed raiding!

Did it fix it 100%? Well ... no. But things got a hell of a lot better.

enable pvp in ToV tell me it sucks when you can't kill a single target due to mass dispells/debuffs with people attacking clerics

Enable PvP for 24 hours after Earthquake in ToV.
When a dragon dies during this time, log which guild got the loot.
