Carey asked if the law should still require women to have multiple physicians approve an abortion.

"Attempts to extrapolate these comments otherwise is in bad faith and underscores exactly why the governor believes physicians and women, not legislators, should make these difficult and deeply personal medical decisions,"

99.9 % of abortion is for economic reasons, which is immoral.

It's the government's job to protect citizens and children are citizens from criminal actions of another person.

If you believe that life begins when sperm meets egg then abortion in any stage of the pregnancy is murder.

Creating laws to stop murder is very much in the wheelhouse of the government's primary role.
