No they never delete characters. I do know that if you dont have the patcher updated and try to log in, it will show all characters gone/deleted. Perhaps this is what is happening to you?

OP: This ^

If you haven't played in a while, make sure you have updated patch files. You'll load to an empty character select screen otherwise.

As for your banned account, good luck.

Sometimes the 'fake deleted characters' bug happens even when you are up to date. Reboot eq, choose the server again and hope for the best.

To have all 3 accounts banned for something other than boxing seems weird unless he was passing RMT'd items between them as an attempted cover up.

Wouldn't kill him at this point to just start another account and do it properly this time.
