Same issue. Have restarted PC, Client, and modem / router. Been trying to log in for the last 20 minutes.

It's keep telling me to run a patch and then sometimes it goes back to log in. 1010 am. Anyone else experiencing this? The time now is 1010 am central Sunday 1/20/19

Everyone is experiencing this. This forum thread is how you reach out to get it fixed. RL for a while, it shouldn’t take too long (I would imagine).

So the server pop is slowly going down. Does the server need to be reset to fix this issue?

No, I've watched the population counter decline, but then also climb, so I reckon that some can get in.
