My grandmother used to buy a bunch of pullover fleece... jackets? like that for me on multiple Christmasses and I’d say thank you then throw them in my closet or something until they diffused out of my existence (from areas of high fleece pullover concentration to areas of low fleece pullover concentration) over time. I guess I just don’t understand the utility of that little zipper under the neck or why you’d want to wear something like that. I say commit to a full length zipper jacket or wear a hoodie like an American.

he's got natural beauty, but it is not quite successfully veneering something sinister beneath the surface. I think you're right that the clothes are the context giveaway. A boy of his beauty and age just shouldn't be dressed like that. It's an uncanny valley of sorts; red alarms. I can feel something unkind emanating from him.

edit: also some sort of deficit in IQ or emotional processing that wuold be immediately obvious upon seeing him in motion seems likely. this is a real problemo with pretty boys and still photos. Tinder is pushing these gif profile pics nowadays,s o that might get better. So far this new feature mostly seems to find use by African-American tinder contributors who wish to demonstrate smoke rings however.
