I personally think this was a smart move for tempest. They knew they could probably not kill vyemm (arguably the hardest dragon in all of ToV), so why waste raid c on nsumables and mana on a dragon beyond their skill level?

Than what the fuck are they doing in tov?
Just curious. Is the goal to fuck over as many people as possible?
I hate AM and tempest,.. but I can't not believe AM is pissed at tempest for this...?

Vulak would be FFA since it wouldn't be a quake Vulak (since he's still up). Only way Tempest would get their free quake Vulak would be if the current one dies before the next quake.

Im not so sure about this, I believe the mechanic of a quake actually replaces all currently unspawned ( or spawned ) placeholders.

So I am fairly certain if a quake hit, a new Vulak would replace the one sitting there and the old Vulak would re-apppear however many hours later it takes for the new one to die after spawning ( with some variance I believe )

I am not positive of course, certainly could work the opposite way.

An engaged statue does not repop when the ground shakes. Take that for what you will.

I believe an earthquake repops mobs that have not been engaged, any mobs that are currently engaged in combat do not despawn and are not replaced by another version of themselves
