Every African immigrant I've ever met (who actually moved here from Africa or is over on a student Visa program) is super positive, energetic and friendly.

I actually agree with Abacab, it's more the culture that has been bred into the black community in the United States and is not because of their actual genetics.

There are plenty of examples of white communities that are blights on humanity, just look at the Aryan Nations or the religious nutbags who murder abortion doctors?

May not be the same type of crime/violence, but they're just as despicable as the girls in the OP.

Ok, you guys wanted a response from me in this thread, I know it, I can tell by the looks on your keyboard typings.

I think it's despicable, but I also think there was more to it than just a transwoman going to the bathroom. It's very possible she was there before and had used the bathroom and that black boyfriend put his girlfriend up to the test because he was uncomfortable.

If it was just violence because she wanted to use the restroom, well, fuck that.

Regardless if it was that or not though violence against anyone for a dumb fucking reason is not justified in my book. Dumb reasons include: People using restrooms, people walking at the park, people in places they're allowed to be in, etc. That's where I draw the line. It's not like McDonalds is a private establishment where you are a guest; it's a fucking fast food place. You degenerate yourself working there to begin with to make people happy in hopes you get a raise. You don't beat up people that you don't like there.

I've used the women's bathroom tons of times and never even got a look. I didn't pee standing or anything (well one time I did, but I faced away from the toilet and pointed my peeper down.) and I can't help but wonder if this woman did something else to piss them off. The video doesn't show what happened before the woman got into the room. The fact that she's trans is irrelevant; you don't beat up random black people on the street because they're black, you beat them up because they did something to you. She also mentioned that "everyone in there knew she was transgender", glancing at her, you wouldn't normally know that. Hell, she fooled the entire internet into thinking she was a woman, that's like a 1-up on craigslist right there.

This hate crime bullshit is completely irrelevant to the situation of someone being beat up. You should go to jail on that terms, not because you beat up my kin. I hate the facebook postings that say "OH THE WOMAN WHO GOT BEAT UP WAS TRANSGENDER, THAT MAKES IT WORSE! RIGHTS BLAH BLAH BLAH", because tbh you can't make a brutal beating of someone any worse than it already is. Hate crimes should be dealt with like any other crime, because all hate crimes are already crimes because you hate someone. They should be punished like any other crime. It just doesn't make sense to me.
