I was the owner of this on Bertox. It was basically the evil caster version of the claw. Came with the Malevolent title as well. Man that proc it had would land every hit too.

OT, but did we ever get the Butcherblock Hammmer or w/e that was PAL/CLR and procced Complete Healing on yourself?
