I believe that's referring to offering to RMT items or characters. There was recently a topic with hundreds of posts talking about the Aftermath RMT ring that resulted in 140+ accounts being banned and I don't believe anyone was forum banned for simply discussing it:

My question is, shouldn't the Awakened players that are in Untz still be suspended from raiding as the suspension was only lifted for those joining Tempest by the good grace of Detoxx the (Septic) Tank?

Pretty sure he's not saying that...

More like he's calling Detoxx a liar about the whole "that Kittens cleric did heal us and got aggro himself and forced us to concede" made up story.

Wheres the fraps that one of your non officers lied about having to force a concession and when asked to provide said fraps it all of the sudden doesnt exist.
