Where do you work that a dev has a dress code?

I'm a project manager and no one bats an eye when my guys come in wearing flip flops and shorts.

There isn’t really a firm policy. I’m in a leadership role though and most of those types dress up more as a part of cultural norms. Until this thread nobody had called me out on it.
