The haze-craze will be around for a while longer. These trends can fade quickly, but most brewers are compelled to have 2-4 IPA SKUs due to popularity. And hey, IPAs are popular to the consumer for a reason! They aren't the most fun and interesting to brew for many brewers, but they are a necessity and are more often than not a brewery flagship. | ||
