I'd hang around in every bar in Norrath and buy free drinks for all. Maybe bribe a developer to make it so they couldn't open the bar door until the maxed Alcohol Tolerance too.
With any left over I'd ask for the title of Politician and walk around handing people money while muttering something about spreading the wealth distribution equally around the globe. | ||

id give it to a lvl 1 fresh install noob who would prob waste most of it buying gear from vendors then they would die lose their corpse and never play again with all that plat rotting forever
