Oh man I made a post the other day to bump but it was on mobile and I guess it glitched out and never submitted.

Just got readmitted to my school after taking a semester off, so now I can use their awesome gym again and start to actually do the lifting. Until then I've been doing HIIT training hitting the reflex bag, doing core, and doing push ups. Been intermittent fasting for a few years now, with cheat days every once in awhile. But when I start lifting, just because I'm so lean, I might dump that for awhile.

Did 30/60 hill sprints yesterday and my shoulders are sore for some reason. Did a two mile run as fast as I could 3 weeks ago and did it in 14:35 so I'm hoping to get that down while still putting on mass.

I've upped my weight 13% since starting this project.

Praz halfling diet. Horrah for picking up heavy things.

Been working on endurance as I've now exceeded my minimum gain target!

Goddamit Filbert!

I went to get some new shirts, needed xxl to fit across my shoulders, but my waist is an m, so everywhere but shoulders was too loose. I guess work the lats and other chesty regions to try fill out.

Or get fat, work on the old beer belly / bingo wing combo.

I think this is the problem of all gym going males. I have an awful time finding shirts

It was an odd experience... I think as it was a Star Wars shirt it was cut for nerds with all belly and no upper body.

Normally an L should fit me well!

If you're female and XL anywhere you have serious problems.
