Working out with fever is kinda dangerous for me. Cuz all the meds === instant irreversible organ failure.
Back in army tho. No sick days lol. If it's not like fluvomitron coldsweats ur probably fine to do stuff. I don't like taking days off n breaking routine. You're probably fine unless coffing n runny nose for public consumption.

Yeah I couldn't do it today. The chills are uncontrollable. No fever, but good Lord.

Usually working out sick is one of those things... After getting warmed up and getting going, i feel better during the entire duration of the workout.. Nose is clear, everything seems ok.. But then after.. AFTER..... You feel worse x2 haha... Good choice this morning Gilder.

Supposedly we retain something like 60% of our ability for a few weeks and retraining is very much easier. Regular exercise is more feel good however.

Yeah, I've definitely fallen victim to the workout sick, feel great during, worse after. I think you guys were right. Just gonna have to hope I fight it off today and settle for a hotel workout later in the week.

Leg day again. Getting easier and easier. Plus a brisk low effort run with some light intervals. I beat my last time. Recovery is good now.
Also my spandex yoga pants will end up around my knees soon.
