Fucked my knee up this year. In my excitement I cycled too hard back home from work to take my lil boy to his first day of school. Almost 2 months later and it still isn't right. I think the saddle sank too low so I lost the correct ride height. le sigh.

Something to keep in mind if you are bike curious.

I hear that not running or jogging actually lowers your bone density. At the same time it is possible to over do it. The line depends on the person / specific types of runs. Some might be good at 2 runs a week and others might be fine with 6 days a week until they're 90 years old.

Weighed in at 159.5. Half a pound from my goal and 34 pounds heavier than after I broke my leg. I'm the strongest I've ever been and feel great. Once I see 160 I'll try for 170.

203 weigh in this morning. +10 lbs since started job. ~2 weeks off E. Think body is trying to get back all the muscle I lost: ravenous.

Job ends tomorrow. 15 hours left of walking in torrential rain trying to keep a clip board of paper dry between today’s double shift and tomorrow’s single on Election Day.

I think I hate politics more than I did, but I worked hard and I’m proud of it. Today is going to be 10 hours of varying levels of this. Wish me luck lol.

Looks like a standard Autumnal midday in England (besides the diagonal parking).

Great job weathering the storm of the job; have you made any provisions for what you will do next?

I bought one of those calorie counting watches over the weekend.

Binged on some porn and it thinks I ran a marathon.

Just 2 weeks back into the Big3 and I already look and feel bigger. On the other hand, I forgot how much I don't enjoy stuffing my face constantly. Eating every 2-3 hours and feeling ravenous gets old (so many damn dishes!)

Finally got a 1 plate OHP. I've had some shoulder injuries before so I took it super slow and the baby 35 plates for a long time. It was so easy, I probably could have done it months ago. But again, you tear that labrum or rotator cuff and your fugged.

EDIT: how many of you guys do two a days? It's so tough getting in some extra work on a lunch powerhour workout.
