400 some dollars they wanted for it was enough to make me reconsider my method of quitting. Ironically progesterone helped a lot. I’m pretty positive it made me absolute bitch mode for a month, like exceedingly hateful and angry, but the actual quitting wasn’t hard with the hormones. Prog dopamine interaction boosted craving resistance quite a bit I think and probably why I don’t play video games anymore either.

Wasn't able to exercise yesterday too much paperwork then cleaned my house wasn't done till 11pm, literally laid in bed for hours could not sleep

Been hillbombing lately on my Penny board, and yesterday I had someone drive a car behind me to check my speed. As I was gaining speed I did something really stupid I havent done since getting back on the board; I took a crouching position to minimize wind(lots of wind yesterday)
Doing that I obviously cannot transfer the vibrations from the board and I started to wobble bigtime, a second later Im flung out into the air hitting the asphalt pretty neat. My bud said I was closing in to 50kmh, I was riding a classic Zephyr like board, a tiny board hehe. Well, lesson learnt, I know I have had higher speeds than that during this summer and no problem keeping the wobble contained. Now I look like a real skatepunk, full of bruises(kinda enjoy it!) No more crouching!
