I think a list of what you aren't allowed to do during a suspension makes more sense than a blanket statement and a list of exceptions. The rules should contain an explicit list of things you aren't allowed to do on suspension.

These are the zones you aren't allowed to be in... These are the mobs you aren't allowed to kill outside of those zones....
