I was a newb on 2 different occasions, right off the blue boat to pvp, and vztz pals would always hook my char up with something just by being a lowbie random.

hah so true. salty i would Plvl random newbs - i would look for them specifically, /who all 2-30 (cant trust those level 1s) give them money for spells, level them up quick to 30 in misty + splitpaw. took like an hour and a half.

Each time i went into permafrost over a few day period (to get my mammoth hide cloak) he was in there with his two buddies... figured they were just waiting on a vox spawn or whatever. I actually ran down to the giant polar bears and watched him get PLd for a few minutes.. i was also sitting in there late one morning and no one was in zone, when i checked who was in zone again those 3 names popped up at the same time back to doing whatever they were doing, pling? twoboxing? Threeboxing? Who knows

I don't think that is proof of 2(or 3) boxing. Were the other two non-responsive. Were they all doing stuff at the same time? etc.

Also I don't know enough about end-game or caster classes but could there be a benefit for getting him to 60, then he can easily p'lvel the others in the guild?

But WTF do I know.

I'm sure it was 3 actual different people on the same LAN and the 2 people who were PLing simply spent most of their time watching the druid's screen instead of their own.

I don't know Dexs well, and have absolutely no first hand factual knowledge regarding his supposed boxing - I will say that on a number of occasions I have convinced friends who play WoW or what not to log in characters for me and toss me buffs every 15 minutes or so. Like wise, I have done the same for friends. It isn't hard to toss someone buffs every now and then while doing home work or watching a movie. Hell, I've been petitioned a number of times because Loke and my old wizard alt Ioke were logged in at the same time and people assumed I was boxing.

While I agree that it is unlikely I could personally convince one of my gaming buddies to stay logged in for countless hours every day PLing me - I don't think I'd have any problem convincing a few to do it if they were playing other games, hanging out in vent and thus at their computer anyway. Maybe Dex is just more persuasive or has better friends than you or I.. /shrug.

I too love ignoring obvious facts. I'm sure he must have the best friends in the world to power level him to 60 with 2 characters.
